Arielle Greenbaum Saposh concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, education law, labor and employment law and mediation.
Arielle provides advice to municipal and school board officials on a full range of matters. She handles all aspects of public and private sector labor and employment law, including counseling, internal employment investigations, labor contract negotiations, grievance administration, representation in disciplinary hearings and employment litigation. Arielle is a trained mediator, through the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and acts as a mediator for human resources departments, employment litigation and to resolve grievances.
Arielle has worked across state and municipal government, serving most recently as Assistant City Manager and the Director of Human Resources for the City of Englewood. She began her legal career as an associate at Devoise and Plimpton LLP.
Arielle is a New Jersey Certified Public Manager, holding a certificate from the School of Public Affairs and Administration at Rutgers University, in partnership with the State of New Jersey Civil Service Commission. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the International Public Management Association for Human Resources and the Bergen County Bar Association.
