This program, “Bergen County: A Center for Food Manufacturing and Distribution,” included speakers Kathleen Alexander of Sax LLP, Joe Lorenzo of the Lorenzo Food Group, Brian Todd of The Food Institute and Karen Toufayan of Toufayan Bakeries. We also included our first-ever Food Court including a sampling of Bergen County’s food manufacturers and distributors.
