Aaron Joseph

Aaron Joseph concentrates his practice in Commercial Real Estate, focusing on environmental and land use aspects of real estate development. He also works on cost recovery actions involving insurance claims and claims for contribution on related environmental litigation.

Prior to joining Winne Banta, Mr. Joseph clerked in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division under the Honorable Robert C. Wilson, J.S.C. handling Complex Business Litigation. Mr. Joseph also worked for a New York law firm where he assisted with the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Mr. Joseph earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as Treasurer and Vice President of the Fordham Real Estate Law Society.
