Biography

Amanda J. Gaul concentrates her practice in Commercial Real Estate matters, assisting clients with the buying and selling, financing and leasing of non-residential real estate.  She regularly represents banks and borrowers in connection with mortgage and construction loans, and she focuses her leasing practice on office and retail spaces.  She also frequently works with small and medium sized businesses as they manage their commercial real estate and in connection with formation, contracts and acquisitions.

Ms. Gaul is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts.

Prior to joining Winne Banta, she was a real estate associate with Bleakley, Platt and Schmidt, LLP in White Plains, New York, and she previously worked at Dechert LLP in their Boston, Massachusetts office.

Ms. Gaul has her undergraduate degree, law degree and MBA from Boston College, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Boston College Law Review and was a semi-finalist in the Diane Weiss Consulting Competition at the Carroll Graduate School of Management.

Now residing in Rockland County, New York, Amanda is on the board of directors of BRIDGES, Rockland’s Independent Living Center, which helps people with disabilities live and work independently in the community.  She is also on the board of directors of the Rockland Business Women’s Network (RBWN).  She regularly represents non-profit organizations on a pro bono basis, particularly with respect to their real estate needs.
