Christine Smith is an associate in Winne Banta’s Litigation Department. Her practice includes representing large and mid-size banking institutions and corporate clients. She has substantial experience in foreclosure matters.

Prior to joining Winne Banta, Christine was an adjunct Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law for five years, where she taught a second-year course on appellate advocacy.

Christine is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.
