Qualia Hendrickson

Qualia C. Hendrickson is an associate in the Trusts and Estate Department and a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She has experience preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies and living wills, and guiding fiduciaries through the estate probate or administration processes. Prior to joining Winne Banta Basralian and Kahn, Qualia practiced estate planning in Morris and Essex County, New Jersey, with experience providing counsel to Spanish-speaking individuals and families. Prior to that, Qualia was a criminal defense and litigation attorney in New York, where she represented clients in federal, state, and municipal courts.

Qualia is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Economics. She received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where she was a student attorney for the Education Law Clinic, representing children’s educational rights in New York City.
