BRUCE ROSENBERG SECURES SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPROVAL FOR HOUSE OF WORSHIP

Bruce Rosenberg has successfully secured a special exception approval from the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) for the Dongsan Alliance Church. The approval will allow the Church to construct a 41,756 square foot House of Worship in Little Ferry.  The House of Worship will include a 598-seat sanctuary, accessory offices, assembly, and classroom spaces.

Mr. Rosenberg has secured numerous land use approvals from the NJSEA as well as planning and zoning boards throughout the state.
