In recent months, Joseph Basralian assisted five entities of the Devli Group (Hackettstown Commerce Center I LLC; Hackettstown Commerce Center II LLC; Hackettstown Commerce Center III LLC; Hackettstown Commerce Center IV LLC; and Hackettstown Commerce Center V LLC) purchase five separate parcels of land constituting Hackettstown Commerce Park from five Hampshire entities located in Hackettstown, NJ. Financing was provided by Lakeland Bank. In addition, a new Devli entity (Mt. Bethel 150 LLC) purchased another industrial park in Warren, New Jersey from another Hampshire entity, with financing from Lakeland Bank.
